The demand for rental housing in Wyoming OH is at it's seasonal high. Schools are on Summer break and therefore families have a bit more free time to dedicate to moving and finding housing the most suites their needs. I receive more calls from prospective tenants each week than I have vacant units to fill. People continue to want to live in Wyoming for all the reasons the current residents love this city. When Renting Makes Sense.....
The "American Dream" is to own a home, to own a piece OF America if you will. There are times when that absolutely the smartest thing for you and your family to do however sometimes 'life' can get in the way of the best of intentions..... Being a Renter has had a somewhat negative rap in the past but as we climb out of the housing debacle (yes I truly believe we are on the Up Hill Climb!) I wanted to take a moment and honestly look at renting and why it may not deserve a negative reputation. |

It
probably comes as no surprise that the current state of the US economy leaves many
home owners with much to be desired with regards to their homes’ value. During the Spring & Summer of 2012 we did
see the beginning signs of a housing recovery with stronger than expected sales
and prices that met or beat my expectations.
However some home owners were
still unable to sell their homes because they still found themselves with
negative equity. All is not lost for
those home owners though; through a strong demand for strictly rental property
over this past summer I have launched a brand new service that specializes in just
that. |
